We currently perform a range of orthopaedic procedures.

Bone density increases until you reach the age of 30. After that, density starts to decrease unless you get enough exercise, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin K, and vitamin D through your diet. Maintaining strong and healthy bones involves providing them with the necessary nutrients and incorporating regular physical activity, such as daily walks.
