About Community Healthcare
Community Healthcare works closely with various GP practices to offer high quality medical care to patients within the community. These services are usually provided in the practice itself, or the local community hospital, thereby minimising patient travel and enhancing the patient experience.
All of our surgical, medical and nursing care is planned and provided by highly-qualified, specialist team of consultants, surgeons, physiotherapists, nurses and healthcare assistants.
We operate across multiple sites in Lincolnshire and Norfolk, but we are registered at: Louth County Hospital, High Holme Road, Louth, UK.
Patient feedback of the month
The whole experience from booking the appointment to the surgery procedure was second to none! The Surgeon was very professional at the same time being friendly and with a good sense of humour. Both Nurses were great, friendly and caring!
Thank you to all!
